IT MIGHT BE DUE TO FROGS

Dark purple with a yellowish green throat. The sepals frequently bend out in front of the bloom as in Ned Robert's Talon, despite the lack of Talon genes in its background. I have had this one for a long time as it is a slow increaser. Great branching and bud count. Rebloomed in 2018. Limited. The name was inspired by a photo I posted on the Region 2 Facebook page where a frog was sitting on one of the petals totally distorting the bloom and I commented that if your daylilies don't open properly, it might be due to frogs.
